We support local bee keepers and bees by purchasing freshly harvested beeswax locally in Colorado. Why beeswax? It is naturally anti-inflammatory, and provides a barrier on your skin to protect you from the elements. Sunflower oil adds vitamin E, which is a natural preservative. Peppermint essential oil adds a cooling effect.
